Our Story

A place that actually feels like Scottsdale

We opened T-Bird Tavern because we believed a neighborhood bar shouldn't have to choose between great cocktails and a warm, unpretentious vibe. So we built one that does both — right off N Scottsdale Road, where the desert light hits just right in the late afternoon.

Every drink on our menu is made with locally sourced spirits and seasonal produce. Our kitchen rotates the menu with the months, because food tastes better when it's honest about where it comes from.
